The Third Eye: AI Civic Issue Reporting

Built “TRINETRA,” a custom YOLOv8 Nano model trained on 47k+ images to classify 10 civic issues. Delivered a Flutter app, authority dashboard, and worker app, deploying the model as a scalable API on GCP with Docker.
